At The WORD Print we know just how important is it that print is delivered intact and on time. That’s why we dispatch all orders using next day courier. Depending on the product ordered and its weight/value, the courier we use may vary.
What if something goes wrong?
The WORD Print does everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods. In case of any damages, the first instance you must contact us by email info@thewordprint.com.au detailing the damage. Please take a digital picture of the damage and send it to us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
